IDI awards research

right from the beginning of this project I have been influenced very much by the intros to the t.v series 'Skins'. What I like so much is that it has a nice mix of live action and still images. It also manages to fill a lot of different things in to a small space without it looking messy. this is what i want to try and achieve.

I am also quite intrigued by the use of the kaleidoscopic effect used at the beginning of the first skins intro which also features heavily in other videos such as Danny Yount's 'Semi permanent' as well as the music video for Jay-Z and Kanye West's 'Paris'

In semi-permanent I am also very much interested in the colour pallet used and have added one similar to my own animation.
